Any medicine to improve vitamin d in body. My vitamin d test result is 5.8. Is it better to have some medicine ?

Since 25dec19 after my abrotion ,I have pain in my lower back and left leg,this time I'm not able to walk and stand.  My x ray report a show Space reduce in l5 and S1 .I take gabapenten 300 tablets nd tizadine tablet at night .but its not effective.please consult me .thank u

Hello Doctor I am 20 Year old male got an motorbike accident in November 13 2019 (3 months ago) and broke my right leg femur. Intramedullary nailing operation was done on femur. Now it got 3 months and I am visiting my doctor every month. My doctor said to continue the physiotherapy exercise and walk with a support . My doctor also confirmed that bone healing is good. How long to takes to for me to take a normal walk and when the rod can be removed? will there be any complications while removing the rod? My latest X ray image are attached.

Hello sir i am working as teacher. Since 10 days i am suffering upper back pain. I am standing 8 hours in school. Please give suggestion for upper back pain.

Whenever I am running or walking fast my legs (bellow knee) becomes broken...The pain remains for a day too at just one place of bone of leg. After a day when I press that bone with fingertip the pain again feels...It is since last 2 yrs and realy painful.

Will homeopathy cure meniscus tear and knee effusion without surgery.  Is there any option for that?

My wife, 30 years old. Having pain very frequently and pain remain for days. Once we visited neuro dr in max hospital , he told headache and shoulder pain is due to migrain. But medicine didnt work. Then we visited orthopedic dr in sir ganga ram hospital. He told everything is very fine, do some exercise but again no improvement. Now even we have no idea that which type of dr we should consult, please help us.
