My hip is abducted & rotated (i.e. my right hip went backward and my left side went forward and right side hip is more abducted than left side) which affects my shoulder alignment as well.
What exercise can I do to correct the problem and will it affect further if I do any other exercise like push ups, weightlifting?

Your right leg is rotated and abducted due to the muscular imbalances and weaknesses across that hip. This occurs due to your sitting habits where probably you were in the habit of sitting crossed using that leg or being tilted on that side while working (arm rest support, mouse use, gadget use). You are tall and into sedentary occupation. Thus prolonged sitting is the cause.
Next Steps
sit and work in an ergonomic environment and do the right exercises to correct the imbalances. can connect with me and we can do a teleconsultation.

ITS BEEN A VERY COMPLICATED DISCRIPTION OF YOUR PRBLM .
YOU SHOULD GO AND GET YOUR SELF EXAMINED , RATHER HELPING US UNDERSTAND YOUR PROBLM WITH MEDICAL TERMS LIKE ABDUCTION AND ROTATION THAT FURTHER COMPLICATE THE HISTORY.
Next Steps
my advice is get your x-rays and visit a Orthopaedic surgeon near your locality.
1.XRAY PBH (PELVIS WITH BOTH HIPS) - AP VIEW
2. XRAY FOR BOTH HIP - FROG LEG VIEW.
