Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, I have been noticing that joints all over my body keeps popping often though they are not painful. I didn't have this problem prior to couple of months. I came across a article saying the popping joints are signs of calcium defficiency, is it true?. How can get it confirmed? Thanks I. Asvance

Problem from last more than 6 month.. Pain continues after constable duty of 10 hrs duty almost every day. Major pain is in SOLE and HEEL. and also there is continuous pain in calf muscles everyday while going to bed to sleep. *It might be bony pain of heel and sole of muscular pain of calf muscles. Kindly provide medicines for these 3 problems.. so that I may do my duty more deligiently. Also please let me know if there is and minerals vitamins deficiency. or any supplement needed to cure the same problems.. Plzz. doctor...I will be highly obliged always in this lockdown period.

Since last one year i am having pain in my left knee. Whenever i fold my leg for more than five minutes , pain in left knee starts. There is no pain when i walk or use stair , only when i fold my leg it pains. Sometimes joints of my finger pains for few seconds.

I got pain in right jaw near ear while chewing since last 4-5 days. Pain is high in morning even i can't chew food and it becomes low as day pass. But next morning again become high. What is couse of this and what home remedies i can use to overcome this pain?
