I got jerk in my back, in this morning.. Iam not even able to move.. sever pain.. please help me asap..

Having knee pain from couple of days, especially above the kneecap and below ,sometimes on the side as well. Having difficulty in walking and doing day to day activities. There is no swelling only sharp needle like pain. I Experience a lot of pain while getting up from a chair. Not able to climb stairs . I did try climbing and getting down ,experienced sever pain. Few times it is very difficult to even go from living room to kitchen. Since its Lockdown most of ortho clinics r closed. Not able to visit a doc I dont have my own transport to go to a hospital, there r no cab services as well. Pls help

Unable to handle the severe lower back pain. Am on the obese side and from few weeks suffering from severe pain where I can't even bend enough to wash face. I have never tested before hence not sure if any any slip disc or bulge but a month ago dear ayurveda panchakarma treatment to help reduce the pain. Although initially it helped could not continue medicines after first course as lockdown began. Pls advice what medicine to take subside pain and if any particular treatment to be taken

I have uric acid 9 on 1 April 2020 but there are no symptoms like paining or gout in my body. My doctor advised me to take zyloric 100 mg twice a day for 20 days. I take zyloric and after 20 days my uric acid comes down to 4.5. After 3-4 days I stopped taking zyloric my left foot start paining n swelling overnight and I am not able to walk properly. Please help me I am student n my age is 26 n I don't want to take zyloric for rest of my life as I read once you take zyloric you should take it to lifetime.
