Have had tingling in thigh from the past month so can't sleep at nights and lower back pain and stiffness too !! Started to take Tab.Pregalin XSR 75 , Methycobal , zerodol th from a week but it's still there !! What is this I'm facing ? Can I workout at home with this or I need bed rest ?

Hi, I had mild fever and feeling of cold in the back due to bacterial infection 20 days ago. After antibiotics treatment fever was gone but I m still experiencing cold in the back and can't tolerate fan air. I had noticed that while I was taking antibiotics my spine felt like burning. My blood, urine, thyroid reports etc are normal. But I had low level of vitamin b12 around 6 months back, it was 136.

How can i know if my pelvic floor is weak or not? And can i do kegels, sqats, bridge, squeeze and release exercises for pelvic floor?

Please understand my problem . Before 5 years ago when i am exercising i felt some ejection on my hand joint(hand and shoulder joint point) and there is no pain nothing but when i through something it feels heavy pain in my hand joint(hand and shoulder joint point) for 2 minute and then normal . Can you please identify the problem .

My mother is suffering from Spinal stenosis. Her right side is completely numb till leg. We are currently taking homeopathic medicines like ischlalgin R71 with doctor made medicine 3 times a day for past one week. Do we need to increase frequency of dosage for early relief? Please advise.

12 February I had an accident and had fracture of tibia and fibula. Dr. Suggest that it'll heal by casting. So they did half plaster first then after 10 days did full plaster. But that plaster was too tight so removed. And agay did half plaster and after 7 days again did full plaster. Now 23 rd April Dr. Removed plaster and told to walk and suggest some 10 min Ray for 30 days and physiotherapist. I'm sharing my first x-ray and most recent x-ray. Please suggest me that is it ryt time for weight bearing. Do I need physiotherapist?

There is a Fracture in left foot 3rd metatarsal before 2and half months. Using air cast shoe as support with medication CQL tablets and OSTEOFIZZ one per day each. Still it is not healed. How long it take to heal completely. I am also DIABETIC type 2 using Glimp M1 tablet one per day. Please suggest medication, diet and precautions to heal quickly. Regards MOHAN
