Back pain on left side
Before 2months, I have suffered acute back pain on left side, it may be due to lifting of heavy weight. I taken medicine and rest for 15days. At present, I have been suffering slightly pain and also going office by car. If pain continue then using water fomentation and volin gel on back and I usually get relaxed. I also regularly do walk for 30 -45 minutes. My query is I should stop walking, water fomentation and apply gel? What I should do for complete healing of left side back pain?

A predominantly sedentary life leads to weak muscles around hip and walking on those weak muscles can contribute to pain. For the time being you can take a break from walking.
Next Steps
