Joint Pain
My left knee feeling Pain all time and ankle joint pain as well when I get start walking after sitting a long time on bed or chair. Lower back pain when I wake up every morning.

Reduce your sitting time and whenever you sit and work, do it in an ergonomic manner. The problem is due to muscular stiffness of that leg probably due to keeping it cross legged. This is having an influence on your knee, ankle and lower back. These pains reduce once you start walking as the stiffness reduces.
