Bone & Muscle problems

Hello doctors I m 26 year old and hypothyroid patient having normal digits as of now is 4.1.. but now my worry is about having very low vitamin d values.. and my absorbed value is (4.75) ng/mL.. what I do i do? Doctor suggested me to take calcirol ..? I m not sure about the dose and unable to contact her as she is out of country. Please help me with this please.. Thanks in advance..

I had ganglion on my right hand wrist and got it punctured  by doctor . But now i get pain in both my wrists i can see just a small bum in both the wrist but i have pain in them. I cant put my weight on them. And i have continued pain on right side of my neck too . Got cervical checked doctor said it isnt the issue. Plus i work out too and its effecting my day to day life .

Sir, I have been suffering from back pain since 20 days. I have taken almost rest and also taken medicine as prescribed by doctor and presently I am taking only one medicine Nortipan M which is for 7 days more and also taken another medicine as prescribed by doctor. My query are; 1.Presenly ,I have minor pain on back side. How long I will be fully recovered from back pain? Or I take rest? 2.Can I now go to office by scooter ?(or I should use car). 3.Should I continue use hot water fumetation? 4.Can I bend or can I sit on chair for long time?

My mother is having pain,below right knee while bending her leg. She fell of on road while walking about 12 days ago,since the she is feeling pain...Pain is more on muscles than bone.
