As your age is concerned .it's probably both knee osteoarthritis
We need xray films for your both knee to confirm osteoarthritis and it's grade (sever or moderate) and to check any deformity.

Knee pain is and indicative of osteoarthritis at your age it would be better to have ur knees checked upon and an X-ray would determine the diagnosis. X-ray both knees AP standing and Lateral and skyline view .
