Last yr in August I was diagnosed with osteophytes in L1 and L2... Dr advised me to rest and stop doing things that make the pain increase.. gave some medicine for 2weeks ... I got some relief in pain as I left job and was at home taking rest.. but now as house help is not there and I m doing work my back pains when I sit after working in standing position... While standing there is no pain. It is getting difficult to sit or bend my back .. what should I do...

Apply hot compression.
Avoid bending forward,keep spine straight and go down on folded knee then get up, if you have to get down.
