Osteophyte in neck
I have chronic point pain near c7 - c8 due to mild osteophyte formation as per my x-ray. Slight nerve pinching is there which causes pain and tingling in my left shoulder and hand.I am currently taking glucosamine tablets as directed by my chiropractor. Just want to what else I can do to stop my pain. Will the pain ever go?

Hi.. I recommend you to meet a orthopaedic surgeon to ascertain the osteophyte position. And also to reconfirm that the same is the source of your pain... Do lot of icing in your neck to ease of spasm... Gently knead over the neck to relax.. I also recommend you to get an MRI done for your neck for a proper insight of your issue.. With your MRI report you can get back to me to discuss the treatment protocol... Hope this is helpful for you..
