Bone & Muscle problems

My vitamin d level is 48 ng/ml and my endocrinologist ask me to stop vit d3, today my ortho has prescribed me calsar-k27 (it contains ccm-1250mg ,calcitriol-0.25mcg, vit k27-50mcg, elemental boron -500mcg) and calser sachet ( contains cholecalciferol-60000iu) for 2 weeks increasing bone density (problem: my bone density starts decreasing and i have pain in my knees). Do i need to take vit d3 with calcium supplements ,will it cause any overdose?

Suffering for last one month left arm muscle pain and numbness left arm  night not sleeping for muscle pain and Heavy muscular pain and sudden Lower back pain

Hi, I'm facing middle-upper back pain from last 1 week, this happens only in morning or when I sleep more than 4 hrs. I'm doing some backpain relief exercise but no luck.

Having pain in my elbow joint, wrist and finger joints since last few days. Started one day when i woke up in the morning, my both hands were numb and then i have these joint pain. Not sure if this is due to sleeping style as sometimes i place my hands as pillow. Please advise
