ACL Tear in right knee
My brother got injured in his right knee and MRI was performed as per doctors suggestion.Report shown that he is having a grade 2 ACL tear.Our doctor suggested surgery might be required. Could you please let me know whether we have any other way to get it cured without surgery? Attached Report for reference.

If your brother has a sporty lifestyle or is experiencing instability, he should proceed for arthroscopic acl reconstruction.
