Mom has swelling in ankles and feet
She has been dealing with knee pain since many years and had a hip joint replacement surgery in November 2018 due to falling on the floor. She is currently suffering with ankles and feet being swollen. I need advice because currently I cannot take her to the doctor.

Any history of diabetes or heart disease? Hypertension? Any medicine for BP.
Calcium channel blockers like Amlodipine can cause foot and ankle swelling.
Hypothyroidism can cause ankle foot swelling. Joint replacement patients can develop foot ankles or leg swelling ( DVT).
