Wrongly exercised and hurt
Exercised wrongly and den did some stretch maybe all went wrong notice first red patch in middle of the chest little pain.. now I am in pain .. their is occasional brusing and red patches around the chest rib areas and extreme tightness of eveything from the chest till the lower part of the intestine. Plz help. Is this muscles strain inflammation or something serious

Hello, It is muscle sprain.. Take Tab Etova MR 40 twice daily for 10 days after meal tab Pan 40 once daily before breakfast for 5 days tab Chymoral forte one tablet three times daily before meals for 5 days Ice fomentation
