Back muscle pain after exercise
Back pain after weight lifting looks like muscle issue no issue with spinal cord happened in the past as well one year ago after exercise this time trainer stretched it after pain and I think that made it worse

You might have a spasm, once you are done with weight training, allow a cool down period of 5 mins and then begin with stretching exercises.
Next Steps
Right now rest it out, avoid back exercises, dead lifts and any pullovers for the next 2-3 days, ice the area once or twice a day for the next 2 days.
