Normal carrying angle is around  15 degrees. Is it Cubitus Valgus or Varus ? Any history of fall in childhood? If no history of fall, then with physiotherapy exercises can improve carrying angle minimally. Exercises like push ups, elbow supination and probation, swimming can also help.
