If you are unable to put your foot on the floor after the synthetic plaster has been applied, it could be an indication that the cast is too tight or it may not have been applied correctly. It's important to have the cast checked by a doctor or a specialist to determine whether the cast needs to be adjusted or redone. In the meantime, keep your foot elevated and avoid putting weight on it until you can have it properly evaluated. If you experience any pain, swelling, or numbness, contact your doctor immediately as it could be a sign of a more serious complication.

You can ask your surgeon to slightly correct the cast position so that it becomes comfortable for you to walk.
Next Steps
In addition, you can also use cast shoe for walking. Since plaster doesn't provide any grip for walking, that makes it difficult to walk sometimes. Cast shoe helps in that.
