It is an undisplaced scaphoid fracture at the waist region. It needs scaphoid cast for 6-8weeks usually takes longer than other upper limb fractures to heal due to its blood supply. Your fracture is less displaced has high chances of union with cast but if you are sports person or someone who has to get back to work quickly might consider Herbert screw fixation surgery percutaneously .

Yes, it is a scaphoid bone fracture. Scaphoid fractures are known to be notoriously slow to heal and carry a relatively high risk of non-union. Immobilization with a cast or plaster may be required for 4–6 weeks, or sometimes even longer, followed by a structured physiotherapy program. It is advisable to get a CT scan to assess the exact morphology of the fracture. Depending on the findings, surgical intervention may be considered for optimal healing.
