Tightness in right hand
Hi Doctor, From the last 1-2 days I can feel little bit of tightness or stiffness in my right hand area only. I am not facing any issue while using my hand, however still I can feel tightness in my right hand. Could you please suggest what can I do for this. Thank you!

Dip hands in hot water. The ice daily for 5 minutes, for 2 weeks. Gentle hand exercises using swiss ball. Keep hands moisturised.

It can be due to nerve compression or impared blood circulation Kindly get your self first examined by an Orthopaedic doctor to reach proper  diagnosis It can also be due to vit d , vit b12 , vit c and Calcium  deficiency
