Hand pain and tightness
This is bothering me. My work in office is related court case file which I keep shifting from floor to rack daily . For some ti.e now I have left hand pain and my right hand has no pain . Though I use both hand movements to place the files .. What should I do What investigation should I go for Kindly help. I am depressed ..

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Hello Dear, Hope this Message finds you in Good Health As Said by your History, there are multiple differential diagnosis in Hand Pain ! But First let me ask you ! 1. Where is the pain exactly? 2. At what movements does the pain Aggravate or Relieved ? 3. Is the pain associated with Tingling and Numbness Sensation ? There could be variety of diagnosis in hand pain like tendon strain, carpal tunnel , duptyrine contracture, wrist pain like keinbocks disease etc etc

Please consult with ortho doctor.. He will be able to find  nerve compression if any by clinical evaluation.. Only after consultation with him should you get investigations done.. Dont worry about your problems.. it can be cured easily!
