Bone & Muscle problems

It was Saturday 7 pm in the evening while doing hurry I jump across a small portion of the bed and my last toe get hurt and there is a swelling and pain and gap between that finger and and another has increased a little and there is pain while walking in simple I can't walk properly I have already giving ice compression and a voline spray immediately. I am panicking if there is a fracture or not because till now I have the Pain.pls also tell how long I will observe and continue giving compression and spray.

I have pain in my left shoulder which is unbearable when I raise arm or try to pull arm backwards. Earlier the same was with right shoulder but it is ok now. Even little jurks also hurts on left shoulder.

Dr. I am suffering back pain and back muscle or near by hips spasm for one month. I facing during midnight and I can't unable to change position during night times. I am troubling moving after bending or picking something up. I applied pain ointments and tablets but temporary relief. My chest and back x-rays report also  normal. Due to covid19, I am unable to go to hospital. I applied heat therapy also. For more than one month i have no work. It severity is average and it causes night time. When I awake, I am become normal. I can't know exact cause. Kindly advise Dr.

Dear Dr... I am taking DMARD from last 13week... including methotrexate 15mg weekly...saaz 500mg and hcqs200 daily...along with 5mg of steroids When i start tapper dose of steroids again pain is started in knee only(slightly cartilage is destructed). What i have to do

I was tested hla B27 positive 4 years back , doctor advised me to take medication saaz500 and indocap sr when I have those symptoms , from past 10 days I am getting pain and feeling stiffness at dorsum(back)and lower back(right side) plz advise me regarding this. Now I am taking some medication regarding ENT( antibiotics and  nexa pro (gastric),nukast 10 mg). So can I take these two medications at same time or any issues .plz help me get to know.

Hi I am.suffering from neck and left shoulder pain.I am an IT proffessional.From the past one month i am not working still there is a hard bump and swelling under the exact centre portion of my back neck.There is a bone like projection seeing on my forehead too.Is both related.Now the left shoulder and left arm also paining.Now a days i am taking more than enough rest and still the problem persist.Due to this disturbance and tension i cant even eat properly and effects by bowel movement too.I dont want to go out and consult a doc in this panademic situation as i am having a kid.Is there anything to worry? Kindly advise.

Having pain on right leg since 2 month. Pet ct report shows "bulky right iliacus and vastus intermedius muscle showing mild heterogeneous enhancement -likely of infective or inflammation aetiology. And calcified focus in vastus muscle". What the report explains sir. Is it due to infection or something else sir?

Hi. I got myself tested for Vit D on January and the result was 6.40. Doctor prescribed D rise 60,000 units for 8 weeks. I had taken it. And Is it enough? Or I should eat any vit d supplement further? Please suggest. I always feel my bones are weak.

From last night, there is a swelling in the area around the left ankle & it seems to be spreading slowly in the foot. I have a history of gout, however this is the first time, i am getting in this . Earlier it was limited to the toe. I having being taking Zyloric 100 Mg. Recently I have also been diagnosed for Kidney stones & fatty liver grade 2, also recovering from UTI. What could be the reason for this?
