The pain in all probability is due to your tight calf muscle that is causing a tension effect on the heel. I would suggest you to wear heel lift footwear everytime you stand or walk. This will reduce the tension on your calf. focus on your sitting habits as poor and prolonged cross legged sitting can be the cause. Do light calf massage.
Next Steps
we can do teleconsultation to identify the root cause for your calf stiffness and address the same.
Health Tips
the heel lift should be a sloping one like seen in Aerosoft chappals.
1.avoid high heal shoes or sandals
2. Ice application for 20 minutes thrice per day. Or freez the water bottel and then role it with your foot (avoid direct contact of ice or cold bottle with skin.)
3. Avoid tight shoe or sandal
4. Use of memory foam sole shoes or sandal continuously at home and when going out or walking , standing etc
Or
Use silicon heal pad for both heals
Available in pharmacy shop to be used daily and continuously while walking standing at home and while working or going out.
Watch on you tube plantar strech excersies and continue that at home.
