Heel Pain in both feet
Dear Doctor, I have heel pain, common symptoms when I get up from relax position, I get pain. And when I walk, it get slowdown. Usually this pain remain whole day, when I walk. And sometimes no pain. Also when I bend to touch my feet, I have middle like pain at one area in heel, just for an pulse, like some ligament has broken. I have these symptoms since years like 20 years approx., but in last 4 - 5 years only symptoms has increased. Important which I noticed, when I do yoga specially suryanamaskar, I get relief completely, but I don't do yoga regularly. I also feel, due to my overweight I have these pain as my current wait is heaviest of my life till today i.e 90 KG, for 170 cm height. Please advise.
