When I do boxing practice .my right leg heel twist . Before this , I had a  heel fracture but I g recovered  it . And that heel again gets twisted.

Is there any swelling at the site. When did it get fractured You need to do rehab before starting practice. It’s weight bearing joint so will need time to recover
