Even when walking for 10 steps. She is obyese has thyroid and general problem of low blood pressure. Is there any exercise and medicine for temporary relief? As once lockdown is ceased we will go for x-ray but is there anything which can be done now? Thank you

I am having pain behind anus or may be coccyx region. The pain is not permanent it starts only when i press the site or if it gets pressed somehow in sitting etc. I had pimple on left buttock near coccyx region and after that i am experiencing this problem. I am currently doing some pelvic floor exercises since about 1 or 2 weeks like pelvis lifting, squats so i want to know that can they cause pain in coccyx region?
