Cervical spondylitis and back stiffness
My work profile is prolonged sitting on computer since last 10 years and I have caesarean surgery therefore these days I have lots of back and ribs pain. Therefore I am suffering from breathing problem. When there is severe pain I take pain killer. Pls advice me. Thanks

Ur muscles of back are fatigued  they goes into spasm causing pain. Improper posture and lack of exercise can be culprit. Do check for vitamins D deficiency and thyroid function test.

proper posture avoid laptops use desktop instead. monitor should be at least at the level of eyes and keyboard should be at least at the level of hands. back should be supported, there should not be any gap between ur back and chair. regular general conditioning excercises like walking,cycling and yoga. back strengthening excercises ( learn from u tube)
