I was diagnosed recently cervical spondylitis . Wt to avoid . I mean how many months to avoid mobile. Recently unable to sleep properly neck muscle back side it is paining tightness burning sensation is there . If iam using belt no problem . Can I sleep on very thin pillow. Wt precautions to take dng neck excercise also .how many times to do neck excercise??

Neck exercise is the main stay of treatment for spondylosis. To be done twice a day , atleast 20 mins each.
And yes you have to keep thin pillow.
No point in avoiding cellphone, but keep it at higher level to look at it straight.
