I am suffering from cervical problem since 6 months but not get relefe all types of medicine is taken Problem in cervical and pain both hand Many time its give a shock I am in problem I can't understand what I do ? Please help!

You must be requiring to bend more as you are quite tall. Thus work at eye level in an ergonomic manner. The shock like sensation can be due to your prolonged bending position of the elbows which can stretch the ulnar nerve.
