My name is Praveen. My knees pain while I uses upstairs for last two years. Also knees make noise when bends or squats.

It's been a while my mom, she has some kind of pain in the ankle, knees. She couldn't walk properly. Could you please recommend me some DO'S and DON'T so I can take proper care of her and so could control her diet that will reduce her uric acid level.

Is it okay to intake nuts like almonds, cashew nuts since my mom's uric acid level is 6.5 mg. Could you please recommend me some DO'S and DON'T so that I can help my mom to control her diet so will help to reduce her high level of uric acid.

My friend fell slipped on the stairs and hurt her back 3 days ago. The pain has relaxed a bit but is still there, however there are no signs of swelling or anything. She is unable to bend or move properly. She had consulted a doctor and the prescription is attached here. Kindly suggest whether she should continue with the medication or not. Since the doctor had recommended her 2 days course and the pain is still there.

Started having this tingling feeling in my thigh in March and then lower back pain too in April so Started with physiotherapy a week back and having myospaz forte and b12 vitamins from the past month so I'm hoping if there is more I can do !!! I'm thinking of starting doing little bit of abs and dumbbells while sitting , is there something I should avoid or start with to not have any further damage !! Hello Doctor I am female and my age is 32 years. I have pain in both elbows and knees I have more pain in elbows comparatively to knees and I don't have any swelling and burning sensation in elbows and knees. Sometimes there will be cracking sound in my right knee while sitting.

I have foot pain in both the legs. Whenever I walk regularly, pain will repeats. It is reoccurring. I feel pain at 4-6 parts of my foot. What should I do?
