Hello Any possibility to increase height (age 22 ) Naturally by food or workouts or any teammate's.

When I sleep straight I get dizziness and when I turn by head I feel dizziness difficult in walking . And feeling tired

I started running before 7 days.now I suffer under knee pain very much. I can not walk properly. I feel swelling under knee bone

This area of my right leg knee is paining from 5 days ..from 4 days I have taken zerodol P but pain is not going completely ... I have hurt myself due to morning walk ... I am obesed ... And I want to get back to walking ... What should I do know ?..

Hi, I'm facing middle-upper back pain from last 1 week, this happens only in morning or when I sleep more than 4 hrs. I'm doing some backpain relief exercise but no luck.

Having pain in my elbow joint, wrist and finger joints since last few days. Started one day when i woke up in the morning, my both hands were numb and then i have these joint pain. Not sure if this is due to sleeping style as sometimes i place my hands as pillow. Please advise

My mother is suffering from Rheumatoid arthiritis. She is falling sick every day with joint pains. And her legs are swelling too. Is there any medication and exercises to get rid of this problem?

My right hand has pain in several times in a day. I feel tingling in right or sometimes in both hands. I have this trouble from 2years.

The skin of my left foot from top has turned reddish black after the plaster cast is removed after being there for 12 weeks, even though I had washed it nicely. There is also some swelling in that area. also. Is this normal??.. From the removal of plaster it has been 5 weeks now, so till when will it gain its color as same of the right foot as it appears very awkward now.

Problem Start after delivery, He takes Many pain killer, MB, apply gel. please suggest where should I consult.
