Bone & Muscle problems

I had annular disk tear 1 year back and the issue again resurfaced this week. L I want to know the exercises that I must to for pain relief and to strengthen my lower back so that I can prevent further damage to my spine. Please advice also what are the safe medicines for pain relief and for steady recovery.

I am having upper back pain since one month, as per practo doc taking pregator tablet and nucoxia.I m having severe deficiancy of D3, and now my breast bone and portion under my breast feels heavy and pain full.the pain doesnot go by painkillers also.whats is this pain? And why my back pain is still after a month the same pain.

Sometimes while walking my knee gets blocked and while sleeping I am unable to fold my knee. While I try to fold my knee I get to hear some sound from my knee due to blockage which is quite painful. I can also feel inflammation in the fingers of my leg due to which I am unable to sleep in the night. I am taking daily 1 tablet of FEBURIC 20 for the last 1 month. Please advice me your suggestion/ medicine so that I get relief from my knee problem and finger problem. I hereby attach my blood test report along with this.

Every morning I can barely walk as I my ankle pains a lot ... Please suggest some solutions for that .. Tried doing every foot exercises but nothing worked

Iam 23 years old. I have lower back pain iam feeling uncomfortable. No fever & no legs pain. I gat pain in my shoulder and lower back.

I have a stiff pain in my neck for last two days.it get worse when in night when I go to sleep and after 4 -5 hours can not move my neck.. I am previously diagnosed with fibromyalgia once 3 year back..is it related to that?? My wife is experiencing pain in her lower left waist since 3 weeks. She applies moov and ice sakings, get relief for 1-2 day and the pain starts again from the 3rd day. She is unable to twist / bend. Also, experience pain while sitting & getting up from bed or chair. She had experienced pain in her whole back 3 weeks back. The back pain is gone but the pain in the left lower waist is still there.

Muscle pain near stomach and back area. Pain is impulsive. MRI and CT scan has been taken. She was taking Medrol 8mg as advised by doctor but she has releif only when on medication. She has diabetes and vitamin b3 deficiency. The pain comes back again after some times. Please find attached reports related to issue.
