Bone & Muscle problems

Dear Dr Sir... I am taking the DMARDS (15mg of Mtx(weekly) 500mg of Sulfasalazine and 200mg of HCQS daily) From 15feb2020...along with 8mg of medrol... When i try to reduce steroids dose... Inflammation in right knee(cartilage is slightly damage) and foot again coming up.. Kindly suggest what to do for reducing inflammation and pain. My RF report is 98

I have got myofascial pain syndrome last year while I started working out in a gym. I had no rest due to stressful lifestyle but I still continued gyming due to which I had developed muscle knots in my upper back and neck. In September the pain became unbearable and I was diagnosed this condition and was told my muscles have become weak and there are knots. I have gone through multiple physiotherapy sessions and mild exercising but the pain does not seem to be cured. Some days the pain gets too intense and it has affected my normal lifestyle. I have taken multiple tests for RA factor and C Reactive protein which came out negative. Also I had gone through X-ray and MRI which did not show any damage. I do not know what should I do to get normal like how I was earlier. Please help.

I have a back prob one side .. usually morning I get the pain ..its on my left hand side ..I also get cramps sometime.. and again its painful.. any permanent solution foe this ..I visited to dr he said it's a cervical issue .. when I have med it feels better and then again aftr some days same problem I suffer.. Kindly help me and give me some solutions and details y this is happening

Injury occurred in middle finger of right hand in February and there is swelling in the joint and it is causing pain.X-ray was done nothing was diagnosed .

I was diagnosed with supracondylar comminuted fracture to my right humerus 5 years ago. There are 2 plates and 9 screws in my right arm. I had visited doctor 2 years ago and he suggested me to have the implants removed. I'm planning to remove then now. Can i please get a suggestion?

I have chronic backpain. Found Spondylolysis L4-5 in MRI report and found disc herniation also. After 2 months take X ray found spondylolisthesis. I am working as engineer and heavy weight lifting in job. Doctor said me to do Surgery.

I am 31 yrs old house wife having weight 64 kg and height 5 ft. On 12 Jan 2020 my right legs knee get twisted and suddenly I fell on ground. And within a few seconds it's came on its position but it swelled very badly. Now its may 20 , I don't have swelling now but I can't walk properly and I am not able to take a stairs. ( Same incident happened with me in 2013 and in 2005 but it cured within a few weeks)

Sir/ ma'am I am having right elbow pain since 3-5 days badly...not taken any medications yet...need guidance...

Point finger hurt while mobility feels like a ball at the centre where finger and palm are connected hurts especially while using a knife to chop veggies, using a pen etc
