Hello dear
Thanks for reaching out.
The bump you are noticing is a ganglion as we call it in medical terms.
I am least bothered for this bump here, however there is something else that needs more attention.
Cervical pain as you have mentioned is not exactly a cervical spine problem. You are too young to have it.
The ganglion that you have got and the neck pains that you get are attributed to a weak shoulder. I wouldn't actually be surprised if you would have been diagnosed with a tennis elbow also at some point of time. They are all part of the same spectrum.
Just answering a few more questions will complete my evaluation for you:
1.Do you get pain on inner aspect of your scapula?
2. Do you get additional symptoms like hair fall, acidity, cramps, Weak memory and fatigue?

The bump seems a lot like a ganglion cyst. It is an out pouching of one of the joints of the wrist. The diagnosis can be confirmed with an ultrasound.
Treatment is generally not required unless you have a problem with it cosmetically or if it manifests pain or other uncomfortable symptoms.
Next Steps
consult a hand specialist if the bump troubles you
Health Tips
It's a fairly common condition, surgery is the only way to remove it. Medicines don't help
this is a ganglion of wrist which becomes prominent when u flex wrist. ganglion wrist means an outpouching of lubricant from wrist joint from a weak area. nothing to worry. mostly treatment is that we puncture the cyst and remove the lubricant.
