Bone & Muscle problems

I have a severe pain on my back and sometimes suddenly it occurs at both sides of the stomach specially at the time sleeping of sleeping. I have applied volini hot water bottle but of no use. Kindly advice.

Had a traumatic fall on 11/01/20.. Pain had decreased gradually... Conservatively treated... Wore Taylors brace belt for two months... Now on LS belt... Previously I used to smoke... But now I don't smoke... Now I feel pain in my lower back in the L4 or L5 area and just to the side of that while getting up from sitting position or from bed. Or during bending forward slightly... Apart from this there is disc protrusion seen in L5-S1 area.. But no pain in my legs or buttocks... No other neurological problem... My job required extensive travelling... Can I ride bike again? Can I play football again... Becoz it's my main hobby.. Will this fracture will create any problem in future... From when can I start playing football once again?? Attaching my recent CT scan ...

Aneurysmal bone cyst is present inside my right knee Is there any way to remove  without operations like scooping out the cyst from bone ? It started with discomfort in my knee sometime around March 2019 and in Oct 2019 mri shown My leg started to swell I don't know why? i'm employee more of stairs as my home is in 3 floor I can strain on my leg is higher then I started putting pressure on left leg I used lot of volini spray  after doctor suggestions I stopped that at times I used have a weird feeling of fire sensation inside my knees took painkillers Its 2020 now my nerves are visible above my knee so I thought that it is variscose veins I don't know why my left leg started swelling after sometime but less compared to right I don't want operations any other alternative I'm afraid that if the cyst grows that would lead to bone fracture as it is located in the edge leading to difficulty in operation I'm not sure if I can do exercise like squats, running folding legs ?

Having pain in wrist for more than a month seems he had a hit some where. Now it is paying to some extend . No medicine had been taken he is just tiring the band. Pls.help.

I met with accident 7 months ago now at the site of fracture there is a bulge I come to know about this 2 days ago and if I press it it feels hard and if I press it hard then I feel little pain in it and also there is newly developed litt swelling onmy wrist...is there anything to worry about this since I had surgery and plate put inside the wrist please help doctor? I am suffering from sternoclavicular dislocation because of which my left collar bone is protruded much outside then the right one. Also my right shoulder is slightly bent downwards as compared to the left one and on some days there is a lot of soreness in the back muscles Is there any non surgical treatment for the it?
