Bone & Muscle problems

There is an unsensation felt in my little and ring fingers of right hand. This symptoms arises from yesterday 8th May morning only. I have nt strike my hand or forearm anywhere. Suddenly the above things happening from yesterday. Due to current situation of lockdown, I am doing work from home and using laptop. Using laptop mouse may cause this due to rigorous usage of other two fingers. This is my understanding only. Please suggest what it is? Its causes and treatment?

I have the MRI scan for right shoulder. Rotator cuff tear. Need opinion/suggestion on how to proceed.

My mom knelt down and suddenly something pulling and from that point now for 4days she is having swelling and severe pain in her knees kept ice swelling has reduced is this anything serious can't go to hospital due to pandemic

My Mom has a swollen right feet. A few weeks back both the feets were swollen due to protein excretion from urine. Now that is ok and taken care of. But then due to knee issues the right feet stays swollen. Volini sprays are the only respite and keeps the pain away for some time. Also she has some blood flow issues in the leg veins and a Doppler test was done in this regard. This complicates the issue and the doctor has suggested taking rest and keeping the leg at an elevated position while sleeping. Kindly help in letting me know whether we are on the right course. Also note she is under medication for hypertension and takes Metoprolol and losartan daily with occasional usage of Clonazepam as advised by doctor.
