Typhoid and serious back pain
Hello!! 2 months back, I tested myself for typhoid and it came out positive it was 320. Then i consulted and took some ayurvedic medication.  But i then i was not having any fever i was just feeling weakness. same thing happened to me 3 yrs back which turned into very serious complications like slip disc, knee joints pain and arthritis, vitamin D defeciency and lot more and later it came out to be typhoid diagnosed by ayurvedic doctor and treated by him only. Lately i am feeling the same thing.. i am feeling weakness with serious back pain and pain around my pelvic region that even i can't walk and sleep and pain in back ribs and neck as well,  inflammation in knee and fingers also. So i am just puzzled is it again typhoid or what which never goes away. Moreover i always run low on Calcium and vitamin D, catches cold very fast. Please help me out to diagnose this... i am tired of it now.

Begin with daily walk , take care of your posture and exercises for the back/neck /knee/shoulder. Hot packs will help. Clinical examination is of paramount importance. Some investigations will be needed to rule out inflammatory disorder.

The rest that you have to take due to typhoid leads to weakness plus stiffness of the muscles of your body. You also end up using more gadgets while in bed. Effectively you are resting by not doing any movements but stressing the body by being in bed, watching TV and using gadgets. This creates a poor atmosphere when you try to resume dynamic activities and they become painful. Start stretching.

Don’t self medicate and self diagnose. You should seek an orthopaedic consultation in light of your complex history.

first of all typhoid and pains you r having have no direct relation so keep typhoid part on one side. secondly at your age these back pains are mainly due to wrong posture, life style and lack of physical activity. inflammation of joints has to be evaluated clinically and require few blood tests and hard to comment like that. i suggest u to first of all correct your posture by sleeping bon hard bed, avoid watching tv or laptop while in bed, sit straight, keep screens of mobile/tv/ book at level of your eyes. fo regular walk of 40 min and some stretching exercises.
Next Steps
should consult an Orthopaedic surgeon for clinical evaluation
