My shin bone area is hard surface both legs pain is not swelling in my legs in xray is normal please say any kind of treatment

She fell down while walking 2 months back and that time she didn't noticed any swelling but now from last 15 days she have swelling in his right knee and  pain that she can't stand for long and can't walk. PS: She have pain in both legs from last few years and eating calcium tablets and calcium granules with milk but now calcium tablets not help her in relieving pain. Please suggest some tablets,balm/gel, exercise that relieves pain and swelling.

I am a 53 years old female. I felt pain in the ankle for whole yesterday after waking up from sleep. Now there is swelling in ankle but no pain.

Hii ,I'm working in CISF . I'm a security person for industries. So we have night shift also. I got an MRI scan a year ago and got to know I'm having severe lower back pain. A week ago ,in my  garden I tried to lift a banana stem which was fallen ,so while lifting it something stuck on my other leg so unknowingly I lifted the stem with full force, so that hit my back so hardly that the pain is unbearable. Even after taking pain killer it's not working. Now it's almost 2 weeks the pain is same . Do I need to have X-ray done? Or only medicine to be taken.

I asked several questions about can i do skipping but all the doctors suggested me that i should not do it..can i do cycling (cardio cycling the stationary one) not to cycle on road the exercise cycle?
