Bone & Muscle problems

I'm experiencing severe spin in heals since a year.while standing for long or while taking first few steps after sitting for a while after waking up . I use to take shellcal and stopped to see if it's some calcium deposits or some other side effect.m.but no improvement...I also feel my arch is reduced also having back pain sometimes. I had Carpeltunnel issue 3 years back during pregnency mad lately I'm feeling that tendon pain too...all these related so some internal inlying issues? I'm on thyronorm 150...have general fatigue and low BP always 103/67 to 110/75...I'm 55kg weight for 5feet 2 inch height.please suggest how to get rid of this pain

I have pain in the biceps of right hand from 1 year. Went through needling technique, but nothing worked. Also had MRI in which the result came out as swelling in shoulder muscles.Went through physiotherapy, no effect. Want some effective solution for this.

Hi Doctor, I have pain In the neck. Excatly 3 figures top from where are spine starts. Movement of Neck is Down proper But watching Up is Painfull. Head and Neck Feel Heavy Not Normal at all. Is the Pain in the Neck or lower brain is a Question and Worry.  its 3rd day of Pain.I jog and Workout daily.

Pain in left shoulder going to little finger from past 2-3 days, sum time feel numbness in little finger

My husband's finger toe has turned blue and swollen after hitting against the corner of the bed. Little pain is there while moving the toe and while walking. Any medicine or ointment/ any precaution that i can use ?

I am having upper left back pain since last 8 days. If I support back on hard surface, I feel better. Sleeping on left side worsens pain. Sleeping on right side or straight on back is ok- comfortable. Riding on two wheeler worsens the pain. Pse advice.

Hi I am 56 years old , with menopause as of two years. My knees hurt when I climb up or jump or run . My whand fingers are getting stiff and some of movements are restricted. Can I have cartilage everyday. What is the dosage .

Every day is being solder pain. Reason is slipped from slipper place therefore she is always trouble by pain.

Before two days afternoon ,while i was running my leg fells in a hole and i fell down . My right leg feet had severe pain and ache so then i massage snow and ache lotions and took pain killers so next morning my pain had reduced and ache is also 80% reduced am also able to walk and run but swelling is still there and one side of the feet cant move without pain . So plz plz plz say me is there any bone crack or factures chances ? Look these pictures
