I am suffering from thoraco lumbar sprain from almost an year now ..i asked some questions here can i do skipping that is jump ropes many said that wait for 6 weeks it will cure but i am suffering from this almost from an year. Can i do skipping? I am not going to visit a doctor unless the situation of the virus gets to normal

Some times there is heavy pain from head to spinal cord lower part,can you please tell me what is the problem

It started four weeks back. I picked up a heavy stone while helping a few people. A day after, I woke up with a shooting pain down my right leg, which felt like I was being pinched by needles in my entire leg. After a few days, I went for an MRI scan of my lumbosacral spine, whose report goes as follows:- 1. Intervertebral discs:- All discs are normal in size, height and signal intensity. 2. Under section spinal canal, "At L4-5 diffuse circumferential disc bulging js seen causing mild indentation of lateral recesses. No intraspinal mass seen.". I consulted my Doc on phone due to the lock down and he said me that it is normal and I need not to worry as it is more of a muscle problem. I want to take more opinions of more experienced doctors. Do I have a slipped disc? How long will it take to get back normal? Please help, as I will be joining the Officers Training Academy of Indian Army soon, and I don't want anything bad to happen there. I suffering from upper back pain due to lockdown no treatment can do something,........................?

Foot ankle got twisted a week back, which got swollen, it's almost  a week now, it pains but can be tolerable, while doing  day to day household activities it will swell more as in photo attached, but it's not getting down, Currently crep bandage is used with hot fermantaion around foot ankle, please let me know if anything that needs to be addressed as D ar not available at this situation,. Response to this is very much appreciated, For your reference, had BP, Sugar which are under control, BP around 125/80, and sugar grbs 108 before breakfast. Please suggest any medications.

I am feeling numbness and little pain in my middle finger of right hand from last 3 weeks.. initially pain was lot and tingling and numbness was there. But after I checking with my routine doctor I took nervijen np for 10 days and zerodol p for 3 days ..pain reduced and tingling gone.. but now from last 4 days I still feel numbness and some pain on the tip of finger . This started happening when I visited a supermarket and picked a heavy bag of grocery stuff in hand..and by the time I reach home I started feeling pain in fingers and numbness dueto heavy ness of bag.. my routine doctor says to take gabaneuron for 10 days now. But pls. Guide if it is ok to take this medicine or suggest some medication..as I don't feel comfortable with numbness and touch with that finger is not as smooth as in past it was..

Few days ago mean 5 day before I was doing yoga shoulder Stand and did for 5 min for 2 days after doing I quit that and after that I had started pranayama and from 4 days I have dry cough and I have huge pain in my upper back and can't feel comfortable in this situation due to lockdown I m very depressed

Good Morning Sir/Mam, I am doing gym exercise with weights but after i finished my exercise i feel pain in my right hand. When i walk and hand movement is there then pin increase from shoulder to full hand. But when i sit and do nothing then it reduces and only pain in shoulder and elbow. No pain in neck. Pain in under the shoulder area. I took Aclofenac and vitamins tablets but when i took medicine it reduces and again this started. I am suffering from last one week from this. Please suggest some good medicine for this and do's and don'ts

Please tell me my leg has injury and leg has simu is there or not and what medicines have to use and how many days it takes heal
