Bone & Muscle problems

I am Rajat Sood 25 year old male from delhi. When I make movements or changing sides while sleeping I feel a popping/crackling sound somewhere in chest bones near heart. Please help me. It started after I started going to gym a month back. Oif I sneeze I feel pain there. I am ver much worried now. Please help doctor

Prolonged pain in lower leg muscle calf area+lateral side of tibia along with darkened skin, extreme pain mostly in night, previous medication from ayurvedic doctors, experiencing loss of weight, low energy, hair loss

I have got PCL avulsion in my right knee. But i can walk sit so the surgery is compulsory to do..? And how long i can wait for surgery..? And iam going to physiotherapy so he is asking me to regular knee bending and stretching exercises. While iam doing exercise iam getting pain and i want to know that i can do this exercise or I shouldn't do..?

My father aged 51 is a known case of Chronic pancreatitis, DM type II, HTN on medication. Last month he was diagnosed with cheonic pancreatitis and BILATERAL Pleural effusion(recovered). Due to hypoglycemia 2 months back he fell down from bed, at the time there was no pain at back and legs. During hospitalization he was treated for almost 10 days and later he developed severe pain at back and doctor advised X Ray, film showed D12 vertebra fracture, there on he getting severe pain in both lower legs and lower legs gets thin. Medication advised tab Etova Mr, Shelcal HD, cap:Renerve forte,Neurobion forte and physio at back. But there was no improvement from 1 month.

I have taken two months bed rest after L1 fracture... Used Taylor brace for two months.. After that using LS belt... After two months I have started physiotherapy... Now I feel pain in my right illiac crest area which radiates to back...and feeling sometimes heavy sensation in my lower back... I feel something is there... But no pain in fracture site... But feels pain in L4 or L5 area while doing some activities... I want to know by when I can play football again...?? Can I drive car again... Can I do gardening like earlier? And when I will full pain free... My fracture is now almost 4 months old... Without any neurological deficit..

Got X-ray done for back pain and it said " mild scoliosis of lumbar spine to left " which is causing me lower back pain and tingling in thigh , so I started taking myospaz forte !! Any precautions to take as i was a regular gym person and should I get pshycio done or consult a orthopaedic

My mother is suffering from body ache for past one  year.she complains of having pain in bones and joints also feels weakness and fatigue during whole day.earlier she had been on treatment for osteoporosis so was taking calcium and multivitamin pills as prescribed by doctor but it didnt seem that she got any cure.kindly advice me something.

Having  pain only in left leg from hip to foot. At night it becomes worse. And is unbearable below knee.

Have distal radius fracture in right hand wrist.. Casded for 6 weeks and have removed it last week.. Yet to take XRay..Casting was there till the middle of the fingers.. Now finding it difficult to close or move fingers... not able to fully close the fingers.. Is there any issues.. Worried.. Please advise

Having pain left side in leg from hip to foot. Becomes severe at night. especially below knee. It's unbearable pain. Is it sciatica?
