Bone & Muscle problems

Got unbalanced and feet ankle got sprain.... Earlier it was in my left feet but now my right feet also having the same sprain and caused to that unable to walk much. As a medicine have aplying Omni and Disen gel and also having intagesic MR tablet for muscle and pain relief but it's not responding much. Cause to the lockdown won't be able to consult with any doctor and above said medicine referred by local medical store. My body weight is 120 kg and I am 33 years old.

Pain and swelling in right hand fingers and palm. Took x-Ray but there is no problem in bone but still swelling and pain exist.

Pain Starts from thighs and then increases towards waist and back for a particular side only. Its starts from one or the other leg. Once the pain starts its difficult to stand and feel numb in the affected leg. It will be continues pain. History - In childhood same situation occured but then cured after medication. Everything was good for 12 to 15 years then again it started 4 years back.

Knee pain in Right side. Doing exercise daily but little improvement in 1 year. Can not stand more than 10-15 minutes as pain increase. Quadriceps mussels are week than left leg and size not increasing while doing exercise from 1 year without absent 6 days in a week. So many knee strength exercise done but pain not going. Life has become painful i this age.

I have vitamin d3 deficiency than can I take d pura but how to take with water and milk and for how many days can I take

I am suffering from knee pain when I standup and sit down, the pain increase in knee and when I walk that time also feel the pain.Pls suggest some medicine or something else which helpful for me.

He got severe pain on left side near ribs when he lay  on bed. It is from 3-4months  why it pains how can it be prevented

Have severe and continuous pain in heels, when ever does walking for half an hour or do some extra work than normal household activities. But have mediocre pain every day after another in heels.
