My father is having a problem of rheumatoid arthritis since last 15-20 years. Since last few weeks he's experiencing vasculitis attacks. Which usually last for 15-30 min with protrusions on whole body and itching sensations. On previous occasions doctors have prescribed calcium with vitamin D but it cause swelling and stiffness in joints. Currently my father is not consuming any medication ( no steroids, NSAID). Hi, I am facing stiffness in my only left knee. I feel more when I sits for more time mainly with folded legs. When ever i stand after sitting for 5-10 min, i feel as if my left knee is jamed with little pain. but in right knee i feel free with no pain. Also I experience pain in calf muscle sometimes, not too acute but mild. I am doing regular exercise, it has reduced a bit but not so satisfactory.
