Bone & Muscle problems

I hav met with an accident one year before in the month of july 2019. From that day to till now i have problem with my rt hand it get swelled and very painfull when ever i work with it. In exray there was no bony injury seen. In MRI marrow edma seen on radial . Please suggest me what is the problem to my hand when it get well. What to do..

I am having very bad heel pain especially at night. The pain is like poking needles in bones. I usually do foot massage for relief and it feels good.But want to know if anything major could happen which I should be worry about.

From last 1 and half months I am feeling s strange pain which starts from my right side of neck then neck bone sti and upper right strange pain in chest and same till mid on back . It doesnt pain at all if I dont move. No swelling or color change of skin But if I more or use my right hand ..its start aching..seems like muscles tearing. Warm water bag helped immediate to controll the pain.. Please suggest  what exactly that can be done. Medicine taking is TENDOCARE FORTE

Kindly check this MRI and advise how long it will take to recover. I am suffering from this pain for a long time now. Also, its been a year since is stopped working out. This pain troubling me right from my sleep to any activities that involves shoulder. KINDLY ADVISE.

My mother has diagnosict with thyroid 3years back, 8 months back also diagnosis with cyst in right ovarian 2.5×2.6. But she has pain on or off  from last 2 years. Dhe has pain below the knee , and feet , calf muscle , and pain in hand radius, some time she cant walk.. the place of pain feel like hot and some times fever also .CR, CRP are normal blood ESR 53 is increasing.
