1.Hi...i feel alot of pain in left ankel when I wake up in the morning.. As d day starts slowly goes away but when I touches my ankel I feel pain 2. From past one month facing pain in legs and feets... Plz reply reason for both d problem's

This is Saheli Das here. Doing excersize during long days. Suddenly start zomba dance for 4 days. The muscles in my right hand(Shoulder, Elbow and wrist)  are chewing and feeling light pain and The upper plam and lower palm also are soring and felling pain so that I can't take heavy things. During lockdown period, I need to do all of things which didn't do previously. Please tell me how to relief from that pain - then I can do again excersize, zomba dance and housework.

I have severe pain starting from Neck and moving towards upper back on the left side. Cannot even move freely due to pain.

Hi, in 2017 and 2018 i was deficient in calcium measuring 8.0. Took shellcal supplements. In 2019, I went for full body test package and in that vit D3 test was there but serum calcium was not. When ask at pathology center, I was told tht vit D3 includes n tell us if calcium deficient or not...report said my vit d3 was normal. Now, I am 39 yrs old. I feel that my bones joint crack few times while getting up. . I donot want to visit any pathology center untill covid cases decrease in India. 1. Should I take calcium supplements.which one? 2. If vit d3 test is normal then can I still be calcium deficient? Thanks.

My mother has sever arthritis in knee LT . She has chronic pain . She is in homeopathy treatment for last one year . I want to see current status or improvement. For that what are the blood test is required. Kindly advise .

I have pain in left hand from elbow to back below the shoulder. Left hand is really week in force as compare with right hand. When I got up after the sleep shoulder have pain and almost block. In the mid night I can't move frequently move my hand... please advise and help me.
