Bone & Muscle problems

I was normal in morning today. But suddenly when I try to sit in floor I got a severe pain in my lower back especially in left side. I'm unable to resist and sit because of this pain. No accidents or injury happened to me recently. Please advise what should I do?

Below our the x-ray of foot. Im not able to visit a good ortho due to COVID situation in my area. Please let me know according to you what am i suffering from also any medicine or exercise or temporary relief?

My lower back has been aching since last 15 days. The sprain/spasm happened on 17th May and for the next two days i couldn't wake up/walk, sit, move a lot . Before that i was suffering from lower back pain and had thought it's probably because of the strenuous activities done in the last few days. I took pain killers for 5 days- Ultracet. Currently I'm still experiencing pain in the same location and it increases a lot if i do any physical work/activity. The location of pain is around 1-2 inches from the spinal cord towards the left.

My mother has pain in left plam with swelling and pain. All nerves and surrounding are getting blackiesh. Local Doctors are saying that their is damage in tissue and puss has accumulated. As she is diabetic what kind of therapy should be taken. Regards Sunil Tavde.

Water bottle dropped on right leg second toe directly, and had a x-ray, attached is the X-ray report. My finger became black and pain if I move Enzomac plus, ROSCILLIN 500mg medicines I am taking now.

Actually My mother is suffering from a Hand muscle Pain from past 1 year she is on medication also..and we have consulted a doctor  who treated her  .We got her full body check up  too and luckily all the things were in our favour  so pls let me know how can we cure her pain cz she is taking medicines , doing every possible sort of sol for its cure.. My mri report shows I have chronic bilateral inflammatory sacroiliitis changes. I am having dull pain on and off for past 2 months. I am currently doing physiotheraphy- traction and ift. Will I recover from this Is this any dangerous issue. Kindly help me I am very scared as I am getting married soon

I am suffering from pain in tail section of my vertebrae and the hip region from past 10 months. I went for the MRI of spine but it came out to be normal with loss of lumbar lordosis as my doctor felt that my pain be due to spine tuberculosis as I was having evening rise in temp resulting in fever. Now I have intermittent fever. My doctor has prescribed me the ointment which worked earlier but now it has stopped working. Plz prescribe me one which is helpful in such cases. My Anti Ds DNA report is negative as well as ANA is negative. Can there be a possibility of tuberculosis of hip or pelvis region ? What should I do ? Reports attached with ointment pic.

Dear sir/madam, My mother age 58yrs with diabetic(103before food 348 after food) She is suffering with left shoulder pain from 6months we met several doctors and took medicine too. My question is shall we go for steroids. Will it be a permanent cure or temporary relief? Pls advise
