Chronic pain on hip joints.. swelling on knee, ankle, pain rises during morning time..i have tested my ESR.. which is 110now..how cud i get instant relief from pain..

Having right leg knee and ankle pain since two days...last night I took Dynapar tablet and applied Diclorest gel...still pain has not gone... I am breastfeeding one year baby...pls guide what can be done...

I have facing some problems 1. Neck and shoulder pain. 2. Dizziness,pain under collar bone 3. Difficulty in walking For neck pain I have done cervical spine x-ray. It shows I have bilateral cervical rib. Can all these symptoms are due to cervical rib?,

I got a blunt trauma at right knee on 14 March 20, immidiatelly after the incident knee get swelled, I was feeling pain, restriction in movement . I was came for treatment to ortho specialist, he asked some questions & physically examine the knee & put on a slab(pop) beneath the knee and advised me 21 day rest. After 25 days   slab was removed I was feeling better now I could do full movement but swelling and pain during movement still persists Again I was came to ortho specialist then he recommended for MRI. But unluckily due to covid19 MRI facility was temporarily suspended. during this period I was resting on bed and finally 19 may 20, MRI was done. The findings of MRI of my knee was as follows 1 :- contusion at medial & lateral femoral condyle & hairline fracture at tibial spine. 2:- grade 1 ACL tear. 3:- grade 1 injury posterior horn of medial meniscus .4:- mild joint effusion. now i want to know what treatment should I take to recover from  above these findings & how long??

I am suffering from spondylitis since 3 years go to hospital done mri there are several disc and bulge problems spondylitis can raise blood pressure

From past 2 months i have upper right side back shoulder and arm pain on the right side. It increases with physical activvity but when i lie down it reduces.I have consultes a neurosurgeon but all the report of mri were ok. No spine problem or brain problm. he sent me to physiotherapist and suggest ed me exercises But no help in pain

When i was 28 i had got some knee pain. Not continuous only while climbing stairs. I cur not put my whole weight on it. If i do it used to pain so bad that i can fall. Several xrays and mri was done but No use. Then last year it became ok on its own. Now we had to shift house so i did all packing on my own. Too much stress apparently. Now i again have slight pain and when i straighten my knee i feel some flesh comes in between 2 things and then goes and very slight pain again on climbing stairs.i left dancing and exercises bcz of this and now my weight is also increased. Its 72. I dnt knw how it had become fine but i want to get rid of it naturally as i am ttc. Plz tell if its OA or meniscal tear or something else. I got ao many opinions earlier so m nt sure what it is

I have done heavy exercises from that moment I started pain in left groin and left hip bone. When I walk I start pain in my left thigh. Whenever I lie on my back I feel my left leg stretched.
