Hi i went to hosiptal for my hospitalfor my shoulder pain. when i raise my hand over other side of my head it will cause pain and my acromion end also hurts.. and my acromion bone looks little big than other side of my shoulder.. i took x ray.. and they said its normal but still i am worried abt my pain.. i worried is there any bone spur in my shoulder... i took ap and axilary view of my shoulder.

This could be impingement syndrome with underlying rotator cuff tendinitis . Don't worry about the bony structure . Shoulder exercises and physiotherapy will help . Medicines +/- injection therapy if needed.
If you are not having any history of injury better start with the shoulder stretching exercises o. Avoid weight lifting more than 5 kg.

Start simple exercises,
Shoulder stretches,
Rotator cuff strengthening exercises, Basic Core strengthening exercises,
Simple School PT exercises with 1 kg dumbbell, if not relieved with OTC drugs, Consult to Orthopedic Surgeon or if required will require and MRI for further management for more information you can connect

Your X-ray shows eburnation of the outer end of acromion which means that friction is happening between rotator cuff tendons and acromion
This is not a normal X-ray
Next Steps
Usually this is because of faulty biomechanics of your shoulder blade at your age
