Pain in front of shoulder
I am having shoulder pain at back and front . The oain is very suffocating.
X ray cervical showscervical lordotic curvature mild straightening seen .
Is the pain in front of shoulder above left breast because of this . Also feeling palpitations .

Shoulder pain need assessment by the orthopaedic specialist.
It is not due to cervical spine problem.
Palpitations may due to other causes.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you in detail.
-Control Hypertension, Diabetes or metabolic disorder, if there is any.
-Any way it may be tried,
--. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days.
--. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days.
-(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.)
--. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold.
--. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.
--. Keep no pillow under the head.
--. Avoid painful acts & activities.
-- .Do mild exercises for the affected part.- neck and shoulders hand.

Left shoulder pain with palpitations can be a cardiac cause. This requires urgent care. Go to a hospital.
Right shoulder pain in the front can be because of a muscle strain! Either ways you’ll need to go to a hospital if it is unbearable
