I have a pain in right shoulder after falling in the bathroom, it is paining and won't able to rotate my right hand, please help me to understand my problem, and let me know is anything serious by reading my x-ray

My brother got injured in his right knee and MRI was performed as per doctors suggestion.Report shown that he is having a grade 2 ACL tear.Our doctor suggested surgery might be required. Could you please let me know whether we have any other way to get it cured without surgery? Attached Report for reference.

Hi, I have a slip disc. Earlier, doctor had adviced to strengthen my back muscles, and suggested some basic exercises .. I stopped in between for months. I again started the exercises from two days. And feel a bit of ache in my back. Is it normal? Is it because of stiffness in back, getting activated after a long time? Or shall I consult doctor?

I feel a pop on straightening my knee close to the point where my quadriceps connects to the left knee cap. No pain. Never injured my knee. Want to know if it can be serious?

There was pain in lower back since last 4/5 days which did not go away with medicines given by family physician hence Doctor asked for digital x-ray int that it detected.
