Have you undergone MRI which has suggested disc prolapse at L4-5 level. Does the pain travel from back towards lower limbs. Do you have any difficulty in walking. Do you have any tingling numbness in lower limbs.
Next Steps
I will suggest you to take analgesic with muscle relaxant medicine for few days. you may use lumbosacral belt for support.m If you are not relieved, I will suggest you to go for surgery for disc prolapse.
Health Tips
Avoid sitting down, lifting heavy weight, avoid use of Indian toilet.
