That depends on severity of your disc prolapse. It should be okay if you do moderate activity. However, there is no way it can be made out that how much you can play.

If you are asymptomatic - then do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. Start walking , jogging, jumping. Running and then sports gradually

Hope so the severity of ur back will give the result after taking a prescribed treatment more over strength the back and core muscle and if ur pain is reduced at most 80% then u can resume ur activity but if it aggravate then u have to stop it
