How polyarthralgia condition wud examine??or what tests should be done for this??? Actually I have chronic Pain in hip joints,knee and ankle... also swelling on left knee..in the morning time the pain get severe..how wud i get instant relief from it

Feeling pain in right hand . Specially in shoulder and arm. Feeling pain in nerve from last few days.

My hip is abducted & rotated (i.e. my right hip went backward and my left side went forward and right side hip is more abducted than left side) which affects my shoulder alignment as well. What exercise can I do to correct the problem and will it affect further if I do any other exercise like push ups, weightlifting?

I was diagnosed with tls on dec 2019 since then my treatment is going on ..on my first visit my doctor gave me acefile p and calcium tablets In the next intacoxia 90 then only a gel to apply then again acefile p and then intacoxia and now today kenac p twice a day for 10 days..i am.aware they are painkillers.. should i continue the dose?

I have Slight pain in left arm and OUTER BREAST. Of the left side. Right now I'm taking Methycobal ,Retoz,Becosule,VitD3 medicine ( once in a week) As in blood tests I have CRP positive report and Vitb12 and D3 deficieny. Doctor also says High inflamattory marker in body. In these medicines ..Gabapin is also prescribed which I took for 6 days and after that the medicine got unavailable. I may receive it in some days ordered online.. I just wanna know  here that my outer breast slight pain has something to do with Breast problem/ symptoms of serious breast condition?? I feel no lumps in breast.Today I felt pain in inner linings of breast that is in middle of the chest.

I'm 8 months post csection delivery... i'm having spine pain since 4 months... what can I do for it? Can I start calcium? If yes pls name the med and what dose should I take. Pls help!
